Welcome to The Social Co Academy. By joining our membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Membership & Payments
Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
Fees are non-refundable once your billing cycle begins.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Prices are subject to change. Founding member rates are locked in for as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted.
2. Inclusions
Your membership provides access to:
One (1) monthly live group coaching call (with recording access). This call goes for 1 hour with a 15 minute Q&A session at the end.
Weekly trend reports delivered by email.
A digital download library of resources.
Access to a closed Slack community.
We may update, add or remove resources at our discretion to keep the Academy relevant and valuable.
3. Coaching Calls
Calls are group-based and designed to cover the most frequently requested topics.
Members may submit questions prior to each call; while we aim to cover as many as possible, we cannot guarantee every question will be addressed.
Calls are recorded and made available to members; by participating, you consent to being recorded.
Coaching calls are for educational purposes only and do not constitute personalised business, legal, or financial advice.
4. Community Guidelines
Our Slack channel is a safe, supportive space. By participating, you agree to:
Be respectful, constructive and kind to other members.
Keep discussions confidential; do not share other members’ business information or content outside the group.
No spamming, pitching, or self-promotion without permission.
We reserve the right to remove members from the community if guidelines are not followed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, downloads, guides, and resources provided by The Social Co Academy remain the intellectual property of Melbourne Social Co.
Membership grants you a non-exclusive licence for personal or internal business use only.
Content may not be shared, resold, repurposed, or distributed outside your business/team without prior written consent.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Social Co Academy provides education and resources to support your marketing efforts. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
Melbourne Social Co and its team members will not be held liable for any business outcomes, financial losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Academy.
Members are responsible for implementing advice and ensuring it suits their business context.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect and store your personal information (such as name, email, and payment details) for the purpose of managing your membership.
We will not sell or disclose your information to third parties, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued participation in the Academy constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
